Είναι άβαφο γκρι πλαστικό. Η εξωτερική του πλευρά είναι ομάλη και προσεγμένη (αν και θα χρειαστούν άπειρα χέρια τριψίματος, ασταρώματος, μπογιάς, βερνικιού και γυαλίσματος - θα παραθέσω φωτογραφικό υλικό μόλις τελειώσω) ΑΛΛΑ στην εσωτερική το fiber glass αν και κολλημένο καλά είναι εμφανές.
FITTING INSTRUCTIONS

Original tyre Dunlop Sportmax in 180/55 ZR 17.
- 2 beleved spacers.
Assembly
1.Remove the saddle, the passenger handle and the rear shell.
2.Remove the mudguard and the metal plate support fitted with two screws.
3.Replace the rear shell; we advise to remove the shock absorber, on the brake disk side, to make installation easier and to avoid damaging the undertray; also put the motorbike on a paddock stand.
4.Place the undertray by inserting first the handle side and then the other side.
5.Fix the undertray and the rear shell using both original plastic rivets.
6.Replace the shock absorber (tightening torque wrench of the higher screw: 9 Newton/meter; tightening torque wrench of the lower screw: 37 Newton/meter); replace the handle passenger and the saddle; then rivet the number plate.
7.If necessary, fix the plate with the supplied beleved spacers.
* The “Ermax” mudguard and undertray are compatible.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed to withstand high pressure washing which can damage them.
* According to the technical data of our paintwork suppliers, we advise waiting one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories fitted on the motorcycle, modified, or damaged through poor assembly or an incompatibility with other parts (tyres, exhaust systems, silencers, etc) will no longer be considered as new and cannot be returned or exchanged under warranty.
* “Dunlop D 207” and “Michelin Pilot Power” tyres, not being for the given dimensions, are not compatible with undertray and rear fender for tyres of origin in the standard dimensions.
